From 2002-2012, I worked exclusively in the nonprofit sector with a focus on a range of youth and community issues including college access and success. Our grassroots efforts with youth were recognized as one of the most innovative nonprofits in the country by the Peter F. Drucker Foundation. During that time and since, I have helped - as a team or board member - found and launch several new organizations focused on empowering young people. I have also worked as a consultant for a broad array of large-scale nonprofits as well as governmental bodies.
